- Average delivery time is 15-25 days. The actual delivery time depends on your indoor playground size and production capacity.
- What’s the age limit for family entertainment center?
- All ages. But for those amusement equipment with challenges, you should not allow the toddler to play.
- Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?
- Normally the trampoline park price we quote is FOB Ningbo, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.
- What’s the payment method?
- T/T, credit card and L/C are available. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. If you want other payment method, please check with us at the beginning.
- How long does it take to install family entertainment center?
- It depends on the worker quantity and experience. Normally one skilled person can install 30 square meters family entertainment center per day.
- How to find the right location?
- You want to find a place where the cost per square foot is manageable and wont break the bank. $0.25 – $0.50 / sq ft. is reasonable but you may have to pay a bit more depending on the location you choose. For example, you’ll pay more for location in shopping mall than a warehouse.

- It depends on the worker quantity and experience. Normally one skilled person can install 20 square meters ninja course or ropes course per day.

- The soft play equipment usually cannot full fill a container by sea. After you confirmation on design, we will give you suitable shipping type.
- How long does the shipping takes?
- It depends on the destination port and shipping line capacity. Please tell us your port.
- Do you provide installation instruction for ninja course or ropes course?
- Yes, we have both 2D and 3D drawing and instruction step by step.
- Can you send samples before placing the order?
- Yes, but different spare parts and related products have different sample costs. Please check with us.
