- Usually the springs and trampoline mats are easily wear off. You can order more springs and mats as spare part ship together with trampoline park. Once the spring or mat doesn't work, you can change it immediately.
- What is the warranty on the trampoline park equipment?
- We provide 1 year warranty on the trampoline park equipment (frame and jumping mat). We do not provide warranty for the springs because it is wearing parts, but we always send 5% springs more as spare parts when you buy the trampoline park.
- How to construct your trampoline park?
- We have two ways at your choice. 1. Pay for our engineers to go your site to guide the workers to construct your trampoline park. 2. Get detailed installation manual to construct your trampoline park. The important things to influence the way including the trampoline park size and your budget for construction.
