- How long does the shipping takes?
- It depends on the destination port and shipping line capacity. Please tell us your port.
- What is the warranty on the trampoline park equipment?
- We provide 1 year warranty on the trampoline park equipment (frame and jumping mat). We do not provide warranty for the springs because it is wearing parts, but we always send 5% springs more as spare parts when you buy the trampoline park.
- What’s the payment method?
- T/T, credit card and L/C are available. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. If you want other payment method, please check with us at the beginning.
- Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?
- Normally the family entertainment center price we quote is in FOB Ningbo, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.
- How many containers do I need for my attractions?
- Different attractions have different packing volumes. We will give container type and quantity after confirming your design.
- How many containers do I need for ninja course or ropes course?
- Approximately 150 square meters ninja course or ropes course can fit into one 40ft container. We will give container type and quantity after confirming your design.
- How high should the ceiling be for trampoline park?
- In ASTM standard, the minimum ceiling height is 504 inch (around 518.16cm). In EN standard, the minimum ceiling height is 520cm.
- How much trampoline equipment can I fit into my building?
- Considering reception, party room and other functional areas, we recommend to make 50%-70% of building area to install trampoline park equipment.
- How many containers do I need for my trampoline park?
- Approximately 300 square meters trampoline park can fit into one 40ft container. We will give container type and quantity after confirming your design.
- How quickly could I replace something if it broke?
- Usually the springs and trampoline mats are easily wear off. You can order more springs and mats as spare part ship together with trampoline park. Once the spring or mat doesn't work, you can change it immediately.
- What’s the payment method?
