1. Do you offer installation service outside China?
We will provide detailed and professional instruction manuals for you. And yes, we can send our installation engineer to work withyour teams. The cost of installation service includes the daily salary of the engineer ($110 per day), round-trip tickets,accommodation, etc.
2. Are your products safe for kids?
A:Yes,we use food grade environmental materials and we passed Test of EN71,ISO,SGS,CE ect.
3. How can we guarantee quality?Quallity is our culture. We can accept MOQ order for pre-production sample confirmation with customer before mass production; we have our quality control team , but if you want , we can also do 3rd party inspection service (We had experience about product inspection from Interteck , SGS , BV Inspection Team ) for you before delivery.
- Can we customized the attractions?
- Yes, we support customization on attractions size, color and brand logo.
- What’s the delivery time?
- Average delivery time is 10-20 days. The actual delivery time depends on your soft play equipment size and production capacity.
- What’s the age limit for family entertainment center?
- All ages. But for those amusement equipment with challenges, you should not allow the toddler to play.
- How to construct your trampoline park?
- We have two ways at your choice. 1. Pay for our engineers to go your site to guide the workers to construct your trampoline park. 2. Get detailed installation manual to construct your trampoline park. The important things to influence the way including the trampoline park size and your budget for construction.
- What’s the price of soft play equipment?
- The price will be quoted according to your design and requirements.
- Can you provide contact and address of your project in my country?
- We pay attention to protect our customer privacy, but we can help you to ask if the customer agree with your visit. If yes, then we will give you the contact and address.
- Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?
- Normally the attractions price we quote is in FOB Ningbo, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.
- Do you provide installation instruction?
- Yes, we have both 2D and 3D drawing and instruction step by step.
- What’s the minimum height required for indoor playground?
- Usually above 3 meters. If you want to allow adults enter ground floor, the minimum height of indoor playground should be above 4 meters.
- What’s the age limit for trampoline park?
- Above 7 years old.
- What’s the price of ninja course or ropes course?
- The price will be quoted according to your ninja course or ropes course design and requirements.
- What’s the delivery time?
- Average delivery time is 15-25 days. The actual delivery time depends on your indoor playground size and production capacity.
