Q: What is your payment team?

A: 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance before shipment by T/T.

Q: Do you help with construction?

A: Yes! From day one you will work with our in house design and engineering department to design and construct your park. According to the size of project we will deploy the engineer to help the installation. Normally it takes 25 to 30 days.

Q: What’s the delivery time？

A: It is about 15-20 days,the actual delivery time depends on the size and requirements

Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?: Normally the price we quote is in FOB Ningbo, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.

How many containers do I need for my trampoline park?: Approximately 300 square meters trampoline park can fit into one 40ft container. We will give container type and quantity after confirming your design.

What’s the minimum height required for ninja course or ninja course?: The minimum height is 3 meters. If you want various games for ropes course, the height should above 7 meters.

Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?: Normally we quote the spare parts and related products in FOB Ningbo price, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.
