How much trampoline equipment can I fit into my building?: Considering reception, party room and other functional areas, we recommend to make 50%-70% of building area to install trampoline park equipment.

Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?: Normally the ninja course or ropes course price we quote is in FOB Ningbo, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.

Can we customized the attractions?: Yes, we support customization on attractions size, color and brand logo.

What’s the age limit for family entertainment center?: All ages. But for those amusement equipment with challenges, you should not allow the toddler to play.

How many containers do I need for spare and related products?: The spare parts and related products always in small packing volume, so usually go by express. We will give actual packing volume after you confirm the list.

How long does the shipping takes?: It depends on the destination port and shipping line capacity. Please tell us your port.

How long does it take to install ninja course or ropes course?: It depends on the worker quantity and experience. Normally one skilled person can install 20 square meters ninja course or ropes course per day.

What’s the delivery time?: Average delivery time is 7-15 days. The actual delivery time depends on the spare parts and related products type and production capacity.
