- How high should the ceiling be for trampoline park?
- In ASTM standard, the minimum ceiling height is 504 inch (around 518.16cm). In EN standard, the minimum ceiling height is 520cm.
- What is the warranty on the trampoline park equipment?
- We provide 1 year warranty on the trampoline park equipment (frame and jumping mat). We do not provide warranty for the springs because it is wearing parts, but we always send 5% springs more as spare parts when you buy the trampoline park.
- How much does it cost to open a trampoline park?
- The costs consist of trampoline park equipment cost, shipping cost, import cost, installation cost, insurance cost and so on. If you want to know details, please send inquiry to us.
- Can we customized the indoor playground?
- Yes, we support customization on indoor playground plan, color, theme, games and brand logo.
- Do you provide installation instruction for ninja course or ropes course?
- Yes, we have both 2D and 3D drawing and instruction step by step.
- How long does the shipping takes?
- It depends on the destination port and shipping line capacity. Please tell us your port.
- Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?
- Normally the ninja course or ropes course price we quote is in FOB Ningbo, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.
- How many containers do I need for my attractions?
- Different attractions have different packing volumes. We will give container type and quantity after confirming your design.
- Can you send samples before placing the order?
- Yes, but different spare parts and related products have different sample costs. Please check with us.
- Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?
- Normally the trampoline park price we quote is FOB Ningbo, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.
- What’s the minimum height required for indoor play structure?
- Usually above 3 meters. If you want to allow adults enter ground floor, the minimum height of indoor playground should be above 4 meters.
- Is it easy to assemble the soft play equipment?
- Yes, it is easy install. If you have questions, we will help you.
