1、If we want to get a sample, what’s the payment details and order process?
If we have the sample in stock, we can send it to you anytime, but if the sample not in stock, we need to make it for you:
（1）Sample Leadtime: Generally 7-10days.
（2）Shipping Method: Usually by express.
（3）Sample payment account: Western Union or Paypal are both acceptable.
Sample cost is negotiable, however, shipping cost is usually covered by you. And the sample cost can be returned in your first order.
2、 Where are your products made?
Our products are designed by designers from all over the world. All of them are manufactured in our factory located in China. Our factory has several production lines and professional workers so that can offer you products in short time with quite good quality.
3、What is the Accuracy class?
The Accuracy class gives the error limits in percent of the measuring span. The accuracy class is divided divided by the percentage of its allowable error in the dial scale value. With the same accuracy level, the larger the range, the greater the allowable error of the absolute value of the measured pressure value.

- In ASTM standard, the minimum ceiling height is 504 inch (around 518.16cm). In EN standard, the minimum ceiling height is 520cm.
- What’s the delivery time?
- Average delivery time is 20-30 days. The actual delivery time depends on the attractions type and production capacity.
- How quickly could I replace something if it broke?
- Usually the springs and trampoline mats are easily wear off. You can order more springs and mats as spare part ship together with trampoline park. Once the spring or mat doesn't work, you can change it immediately.
- What’s the price of ninja course or ropes course?
- The price will be quoted according to your ninja course or ropes course design and requirements.
- Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?
- Normally the price we quote is in FOB Ningbo, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.
- What’s the payment method?
- T/T, credit card and L/C are available. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. If you want other payment method, please check with us at the beginning.
- What’s the minimum height required for ninja course or ninja course?
- The minimum height is 3 meters. If you want various games for ropes course, the height should above 7 meters.
- Can you provide contact and address of your projects in my country?
- We pay attention to protect our customer privacy, but we can help you to ask if the customer agree with your visit. If yes, then we will give you the contact and address.
- Can we customized the trampoline park?
- Yes, we support customization on trampoline park plan, color, games and brand logo.
- What size building do I need for trampoline park?
- To have enough games for trampoline park, the minmum size should be 200 square meters. And the building should be empty or few columns in middle.
