Liben used outdoor playground equipment, if properly used, monitored and well-maintained, will provide years of fun experience for our customers. The warranty shall commence on the date the playground is received by the customer and terminate at the end of the period stated. Liben should not be responsible for the failures resulted from vandalism, misuse, neglect, accident or unauthorized addition or substitution of parts.

We do opp bag, color box packing ,PDQ packing, hot-shrinkage ect ,and we are good at do the packing as per client’s request.

3. How long does it take to ship to me? Do you provide shipping services?

Shipping lead time is dependent upon destination and type of shipment. Air freight is generally within 1 week and ocean freight can take up to 30-45 days on water. We provide shipping services at competitive price from Shanghai to most major cities (air freight) and major seaports (ocean freight). Most clients choose to handle custom clearance and domestic shipping by themselves for efficiency and cost effectiveness.
