Q:Can the Indoor Playground be customized?
A: Yes. Plz send us a CAD file or a simple drawing of your play area with precise dimensions, especially you’d better offer us the color, theme that you prefer .
Q:How is the quality of the Indoor Playground?
A: All of the indoor playground are produced strictly in line with EU standards. Here we have skilled and experienced technicians working for us. Some of the advanced machines are imported from Germany. And besides, we have Quality Control System that ensures the high-quality of the products.

- Yes, we support customization on trampoline park plan, color, games and brand logo.
- What’s the age limit for family entertainment center?
- All ages. But for those amusement equipment with challenges, you should not allow the toddler to play.
- What is the warranty on the trampoline park equipment?
- We provide 1 year warranty on the trampoline park equipment (frame and jumping mat). We do not provide warranty for the springs because it is wearing parts, but we always send 5% springs more as spare parts when you buy the trampoline park.
- What’s the payment method?
