- How many containers do I need for ninja course or ropes course?
- Approximately 150 square meters ninja course or ropes course can fit into one 40ft container. We will give container type and quantity after confirming your design.
- What kind shipping type of the soft play equipment?
- The soft play equipment usually cannot full fill a container by sea. After you confirmation on design, we will give you suitable shipping type.
- What’s the payment method?
- T/T, credit card and L/C are available. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. If you want other payment method, please check with us at the beginning.
- Do you provide installation instruction for trampoline park?
- Yes, we have both 2D and 3D drawing and instruction step by step.
- Can we customized the soft play equipment?
- Yes, we support customization on soft play equipment plan, color, theme, games and brand logo.
- How long does the shipping takes?
- It depends on the destination port and shipping line capacity. Please tell us your port.
- How many containers do I need for spare and related products?
- The spare parts and related products always in small packing volume, so usually go by express. We will give actual packing volume after you confirm the list.
- How quickly could I replace something if it broke?
- Usually the springs and trampoline mats are easily wear off. You can order more springs and mats as spare part ship together with trampoline park. Once the spring or mat doesn't work, you can change it immediately.
- Can you send samples before placing the order?
- Yes, but different spare parts and related products have different sample costs. Please check with us.
- Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?
- Normally the attractions price we quote is in FOB Ningbo, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.
