- What’s the minimum height required for ninja course or ninja course?
- The minimum height is 3 meters. If you want various games for ropes course, the height should above 7 meters.
- Can we customized the spare parts and related products?
- Yes, but different spare parts and related products have different customization. Please check with us.
- What’s the age limit for family entertainment center?
- All ages. But for those amusement equipment with challenges, you should not allow the toddler to play.
- How many containers do I need for my family entertainment center?
- Approximately 200 square meters family entertainment center can fit into one 40ft container. We will give container type and quantity after confirming your design.
- What’s the delivery time?
- Average delivery time is 20-30 days. The actual delivery time depends on your family entertainment center size and production capacity.
- Do you provide installation instruction for family entertainment center?
- Yes, we have both 2D and 3D drawing and instruction step by step.
- What’s the minimum height required?
- Different attractions have different minimum height. Please check with us.
- Can we customized the indoor play structure?
- Yes, we support customization on indoor play structure plan, color, theme, games and brand logo.
- Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?
- Normally the ninja course or ropes course price we quote is in FOB Ningbo, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.
- How high should the ceiling be for trampoline park?
- In ASTM standard, the minimum ceiling height is 504 inch (around 518.16cm). In EN standard, the minimum ceiling height is 520cm.
- What’s the payment method?
- T/T, credit card and L/C are available. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. If you want other payment method, please check with us at the beginning.
- Can you provide contact and address of your indoor playground project in my country?
- We pay attention to protect our customer privacy, but we can help you to ask if the customer agree with your visit. If yes, then we will give you the contact and address.
