Liben Group Corporation warrants the used outdoor playground equipment to be free from structural failure due to defect in materials or workmanship during normal use and installation in accordance with our published specifications. Liben used outdoor playground equipment, if properly used, monitored and well-maintained, will provide years of fun experience for our customers. The warranty shall commence on the date the playground is received by the customer and terminate at the end of the period stated. Liben should not be responsible for the failures resulted from vandalism, misuse, neglect, accident or unauthorized addition or substitution of parts.

We do opp bag, color box packing ,PDQ packing, hot-shrinkage ect ,and we are good at do the packing as per client’s request.

3. How long does it take to ship to me? Do you provide shipping services?

Shipping lead time is dependent upon destination and type of shipment. Air freight is generally within 1 week and ocean freight can take up to 30-45 days on water. We provide shipping services at competitive price from Shanghai to most major cities (air freight) and major seaports (ocean freight). Most clients choose to handle custom clearance and domestic shipping by themselves for efficiency and cost effectiveness. Door to door delivery service is also available in select countries for your convenience. Contact us for more details.

Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?: Normally the family entertainment center price we quote is in FOB Ningbo, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.

How many containers do I need for my indoor playground?: Approximately 150 square meters indoor playground can fit into one 40ft container. We will give container type and quantity after confirming your design.

How long does the shipping takes?: It depends on the destination, shipping way and shipping line capacity. Please tell us your address with post code.

How much does it cost to open a trampoline park?: The costs consist of trampoline park equipment cost, shipping cost, import cost, installation cost, insurance cost and so on. If you want to know details, please send inquiry to us.

What’s the age limit for family entertainment center?: All ages. But for those amusement equipment with challenges, you should not allow the toddler to play.

What’s the price of trampoline park?: The price will be quoted according to your design and requirements.

What’s the payment method?: T/T, credit card and L/C are available. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. If you want other payment method, please check with us at the beginning.
