The warranty shall commence on the date the playground is received by the customer and terminate at the end of the period stated. Liben should not be responsible for the failures resulted from vandalism, misuse, neglect, accident or unauthorized addition or substitution of parts.

- The minimum height is 3 meters. If you want various games for ropes course, the height should above 7 meters.

- Usually family entertainment center has the climbing equipment or ropes course, the minimum height should be above 7.5 meters.
- What’s the payment method?
- T/T, credit card and L/C are available. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. If you want other payment method, please check with us at the beginning.

- In ASTM standard, the minimum ceiling height is 504 inch (around 518.16cm). In EN standard, the minimum ceiling height is 520cm.
