Average delivery time is 10-20 days. The actual delivery time depends on your soft play equipment size and production capacity.

Yes, we support customization on indoor play structure plan, color, theme, games and brand logo.

How many containers do I need for my family entertainment center?

Approximately 200 square meters family entertainment center can fit into one 40ft container. We will give container type and quantity after confirming your design.

What is the warranty on the trampoline park equipment?

We provide 1 year warranty on the trampoline park equipment (frame and jumping mat). We do not provide warranty for the springs because it is wearing parts, but we always send 5% springs more as spare parts when you buy the trampoline park.

What’s the minimum height required for indoor playground?

Usually above 3 meters. If you want to allow adults enter ground floor, the minimum height of indoor playground should be above 4 meters.

Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?

Normally the price we quote is in FOB Ningbo, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.

How to find the right location?

You want to find a place where the cost per square foot is manageable and wont break the bank. $0.25 – $0.50 / sq ft. is reasonable but you may have to pay a bit more depending on the location you choose. For example, you’ll pay more for location in shopping mall than a warehouse.
