What is the warranty on the trampoline park equipment?

We provide 1 year warranty on the trampoline park equipment (frame and jumping mat). We do not provide warranty for the springs because it is wearing parts, but we always send 5% springs more as spare parts when you buy the trampoline park.

What’s the minimum height required for ninja course or ninja course?

The minimum height is 3 meters. If you want various games for ropes course, the height should above 7 meters.

What’s the payment method?

T/T, credit card and L/C are available. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. If you want other payment method, please check with us at the beginning.

Can you provide contact and address of your project in my country?

We pay attention to protect our customer privacy, but we can help you to ask if the customer agree with your visit. If yes, then we will give you the contact and address.

Can we customized the indoor play structure?

Yes, we support customization on indoor play structure plan, color, theme, games and brand logo.

How long does it take to install family entertainment center?

It depends on the worker quantity and experience. Normally one skilled person can install 30 square meters family entertainment center per day.

What’s the delivery time?

Average delivery time is 20-30 days. The actual delivery time depends on the attractions type and production capacity.

Approximately 300 square meters trampoline park can fit into one 40ft container. We will give container type and quantity after confirming your design.

Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?

Normally the trampoline park price we quote is FOB Ningbo, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.
