The minimum height is 3 meters. If you want various games for ropes course, the height should above 7 meters.

Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?

Normally the attractions price we quote is in FOB Ningbo, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.

How long does the shipping takes?

It depends on the destination port and shipping line capacity. Please tell us your port.

How long does it take to install soft play equipment?

Since it is easy assemble, you could installa by yourselves directly within one day after receiving the soft play equipment.

How many containers do I need for my family entertainment center?

Approximately 200 square meters family entertainment center can fit into one 40ft container. We will give container type and quantity after confirming your design.

What’s the price of attractions?

The price will be quoted according to the attractions you choose. If you have other requirements, price is also different with standard products.

What’s the minimum height required for indoor playground?

Usually above 3 meters. If you want to allow adults enter ground floor, the minimum height of indoor playground should be above 4 meters.

How to find the right location?

You want to find a place where the cost per square foot is manageable and wont break the bank. $0.25 – $0.50 / sq ft. is reasonable but you may have to pay a bit more depending on the location you choose. For example, you’ll pay more for location in shopping mall than a warehouse.

Can you provide contact and address of your projects in my country?

We pay attention to protect our customer privacy, but we can help you to ask if the customer agree with your visit. If yes, then we will give you the contact and address.

What’s the payment method?

T/T, credit card and L/C are available. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. If you want other payment method, please check with us at the beginning.
