Warranty Statement
Liben Group Corporation warrants the used outdoor playground equipment to be free from structural failure due to defect in materials or workmanship during normal use and installation in accordance with our published specifications. Liben used outdoor playground equipment, if properly used, monitored and well-maintained, will provide years of fun experience for our customers. The warranty shall commence on the date the playground is received by the customer and terminate at the end of the period stated. Liben should not be responsible for the failures resulted from vandalism, misuse, neglect, accident or unauthorized addition or substitution of parts.

2. What package?
We do opp bag, color box packing ,PDQ packing, hot-shrinkage ect ,and we are good at do the packing as per client’s request.
3. How long does it take to ship to me? Do you provide shipping services?
Shipping lead time is dependent upon destination and type of shipment. Air freight is generally within 1 week and ocean freight can take up to 30-45 days on water. We provide shipping services at competitive price from Shanghai to most major cities (air freight) and major seaports (ocean freight). Most clients choose to handle custom clearance and domestic shipping by themselves for efficiency and cost effectiveness. Door to door delivery service is also available in select countries for your convenience. Contact us for more details.
- How many containers I need?
- Approximately 150 square meters indoor play structure can fit into one 40ft container. We will give container type and quantity after confirming your design.
- What is the warranty on the trampoline park equipment?
- We provide 1 year warranty on the trampoline park equipment (frame and jumping mat). We do not provide warranty for the springs because it is wearing parts, but we always send 5% springs more as spare parts when you buy the trampoline park.
- How many containers do I need for my trampoline park?
- Approximately 300 square meters trampoline park can fit into one 40ft container. We will give container type and quantity after confirming your design.
- How much trampoline equipment can I fit into my building?
- Considering reception, party room and other functional areas, we recommend to make 50%-70% of building area to install trampoline park equipment.
- Can we customized the ninja course or ropes course?
- Yes, we support customization on structure, color, games and brand logo.
- What’s the price of attractions?
- The price will be quoted according to the attractions you choose. If you have other requirements, price is also different with standard products.
- How long does the shipping takes?
- It depends on the destination, shipping way and shipping line capacity. Please tell us your address with post code.
- What’s the payment method?
- T/T, credit card and L/C are available. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. If you want other payment method, please check with us at the beginning.
- Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?
- Normally the ninja course or ropes course price we quote is in FOB Ningbo, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.
- What’s the minimum height required for indoor playground?
- Usually above 3 meters. If you want to allow adults enter ground floor, the minimum height of indoor playground should be above 4 meters.
- Can we customized the trampoline park?
- Yes, we support customization on trampoline park plan, color, games and brand logo.
- What’s the payment method?
