The warranty shall commence on the date the playground is received by the customer and terminate at the end of the period stated. Liben should not be responsible for the failures resulted from vandalism, misuse, neglect, accident or unauthorized addition or substitution of parts.

We do opp bag, color box packing ,PDQ packing, hot-shrinkage ect ,and we are good at do the packing as per client’s request.

Shipping lead time is dependent upon destination and type of shipment. Air freight is generally within 1 week and ocean freight can take up to 30-45 days on water. We provide shipping services at competitive price from Shanghai to most major cities (air freight) and major seaports (ocean freight). Most clients choose to handle custom clearance and domestic shipping by themselves for efficiency and cost effectiveness. - You want to find a place where the cost per square foot is manageable and wont break the bank. $0.25 – $0.50 / sq ft. is reasonable but you may have to pay a bit more depending on the location you choose. For example, you’ll pay more for location in shopping mall than a warehouse.
