Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?: Normally the price we quote is in FOB Ningbo, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.

What size building do I need for trampoline park?: To have enough games for trampoline park, the minmum size should be 200 square meters. And the building should be empty or few columns in middle.

How long does the shipping takes?: It depends on the destination port and shipping line capacity. Please tell us your port.

What’s the payment method?: T/T, credit card and L/C are available. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. If you want other payment method, please check with us at the beginning.

Do you provide installation instruction for ninja course or ropes course?: Yes, we have both 2D and 3D drawing and instruction step by step.

Can we customized the ninja course or ropes course?: Yes, we support customization on structure, color, games and brand logo.

What’s the minimum height required?: Usually family entertainment center has the climbing equipment or ropes course, the minimum height should be above 7.5 meters.

How many containers do I need for my indoor playground?: Approximately 150 square meters indoor playground can fit into one 40ft container. We will give container type and quantity after confirming your design.

What’s the price of attractions?: The price will be quoted according to the attractions you choose. If you have other requirements, price is also different with standard products.

Are you able to help install it for an additional fee?: Yes, we can arrange our engineers to help you install trampoline park with additional fee. They are all in rich experience and very hard working.
