The warranty shall commence on the date the playground is received by the customer and terminate at the end of the period stated. Liben should not be responsible for the failures resulted from vandalism, misuse, neglect, accident or unauthorized addition or substitution of parts.

We do opp bag, color box packing ,PDQ packing, hot-shrinkage ect ,and we are good at do the packing as per client’s request.
3. How long does it take to ship to me? Do you provide shipping services?
Shipping lead time is dependent upon destination and type of shipment. Air freight is generally within 1 week and ocean freight can take up to 30-45 days on water. We provide shipping services at competitive price from Shanghai to most major cities (air freight) and major seaports (ocean freight). Most clients choose to handle custom clearance and domestic shipping by themselves for efficiency and cost effectiveness. - Yes, we have both 2D and 3D drawing and instruction step by step.

- You want to find a place where the cost per square foot is manageable and wont break the bank. $0.25 – $0.50 / sq ft. is reasonable but you may have to pay a bit more depending on the location you choose. For example, you’ll pay more for location in shopping mall than a warehouse.

- Yes, we have both 2D and 3D drawing and instruction step by step.
- Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?
- Normally the ninja course or ropes course price we quote is in FOB Ningbo, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.

- The price will be quoted according to the attractions you choose. If you have other requirements, price is also different with standard products.

- Average delivery time is 7-15 days. The actual delivery time depends on the spare parts and related products type and production capacity.
